Great customer service, I needed some help choosing a gift for my girlfriend. I was really grateful for the help I received from emam. my partner loved the gift. I definitely know where to go now in the future.

Very poor customer service by a lady called Dana. Sold my son a chain that was clearly not checked over prior to us collecting it. Has pieces of gold sticking out like mini spikes, and the links have small cuts/breaks in them, and not where the links join. This was a birthday gift that now needs to be returned! Dana made his girlfriend feel very uncomfortable while they were wanting to look through chains for sizing also, and wouldn't allow them to view or try them on, and then proceeded to rudely tell her to 'just wait outside, he can pick it with me'. They were wanting to look together and then he would choose one for her! .. Then when picking up the order she was very pushy, again rudely telling his girlfriend to wait outside, then proceed to try sell him the chain that he had already paid for online and was only there to collect it! Dana needs a lesson in customer service!! Highly recommend asking for someone else if she attempts to assist you in a sale!

Service was good up until recently. I went to ask after a special order for a ring I had coming, but without even taking my details the person who served me just fobbed me off and said there was no chance it would have arrived yet as it had only been a few weeks.Pretty poor customer service already as they didn’t even bother to look me up on the system. About 2 hours later, after I left the centre I had a call to tell me the ring was available to collect! If the first lady to serve me had actually taken my name and checked, I could have collected the ring right then and there. I don’t live local to the store, so I’m not happy.Pretty disappointed in Michael Hill Carousel now after this experience.EDIT: When I went to the store to collect the ring, I was treated with hostility, the lady repeatedly telling me she tried to call me “last week” and had left me a message. I only got the call 3 days prior, so was the ring there for longer and I was being lied to? Regardless, it made me uncomfortable to say the least to have someone go on and on about trying to call me and leaving me messages. To top it all off, one of the other staff approached me and abruptly asked me what my hourly wage was! I was in my work uniform, but that does not entitle her to ask me personal questions like that. I said I didn’t know as I’m on a salary, and she kept pushing the issue and then asked what my salary was!! I certainly do not expect to walk into a shop and be asked such invasive, personal questions by a staff member. I’m really not happy and will not return again.

I am unbelievably grateful for Dana who was amazing I felt so comfortable not like another sale. I had no idea what I wanted but she took her time went by my budget made me feel special. The staff were very friendly.

Ruined our anniversary gift by giving incorrect information in regards to wrong ring size. Was told it shouldn't be an issue if it's wrong size. When went back was told needed to pay $80 extra if we want it in 2 weeks or a full replacement in 8 weeks. Our anniversary is today. Returned the diamond ring for a full refund and the lady had the audacity to take back the free gift. Won't be visiting them again.

I was nervous as hell going in to buy an engagement ring and was lucky enough to be helped by Najuwa! She immediately put my mind at ease. I already had a ring in mind and she helped me get over the line and buy it without being pushy about spending more money (which every other store had done).Georgia and Mina were also amazing! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.Happily engaged and my partner adores her ring

Loved my experience here with the worker called Dana, I would highly recommend waiting for her as she was extremely caring and really helped me feel special no matter my budget. I enjoyed shopping here because of here and also helped me get the best price they had at the time.Will definitely be back to see Dana

I will never walk into this store again…. Walked in to put a ring in for iridium plating and a clean, the lady behind the counter couldn’t even be bothered to stand to great me, then when I said I would like to get this iridium plated and cleaned she goes ‘did you bring your care plan paperwork?’When I said I don’t have one, she said ‘well you will have to pay for it’! Well I didn’t walk in there thinking I would get it for free…. When I went back to apologise(god knows why) I got the pleasure of speaking to the manager who said thanks for the feedback :( how is this store still open? People walk in here to spend thousands and there is a level of service that comes with that … any customer service would be better than I got! Thankfully there is other MH stores that know how to treat their customers :(

Customer service was spot on. They showed me the items that I wanted to look at without hesitation, and let me know that signing up will give me discount.

Useless customer service. Got a Saphire Tungsten ring that breaks after 13 months. Because it's outside the year warranty they refuse to cover it and said it's wear and tear".Have bought about 3.5k worth of rings and jewelry so I was a regular but after their refusal to replace a $250 broken ring I was just disgusted."
